We designed and built a modern fitness commerce platform that brings product discovery, purchasing, and wellness into a single mobile experience. The application enables users to explore fitness products, manage orders, and gradually evolve toward personalized workout guidance. All within a fast, intuitive Flutter-based interface.
The Challenge
Fitness shoppers were forced to rely on generic ecommerce platforms that lacked domain-specific features, personalization, and seamless inventory sync. Product discovery felt disconnected from the fitness journey, while backend operations such as inventory and order management were manual and error-prone.
Our Solution
We built a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter and integrated it directly with Shopify APIs for real-time product and inventory management. Firebase handled authentication and session management, while analytics tools captured user behavior. The architecture was intentionally designed to support future AI-powered workout and recommendation capabilities.
